Regulated utilities and ISO/RTO contexts

Distribution utilities have procurement processes, data residency requirements, and SCADA integration constraints that the self-serve tiers are not designed for. We scope Enterprise engagements before you sign. Tell us your asset count, your historian platform, and your ISO/RTO context and we will give you a realistic integration picture within a week.

Common questions about pricing.

Any metered dispatchable resource enrolled in the platform counts as one asset: a battery storage unit, a solar inverter with curtailment capability, or an enrolled demand-response load. Each unique dispatch endpoint counts as one. A site with two separately metered batteries is two assets. A solar array with a single inverter and curtailment output is one asset. If you are unsure how your portfolio maps to asset count, contact us before purchasing and we will walk through it with you.
Yes. The Operator tier covers any portfolio up to 50 assets, including portfolios just getting started. You are not penalized for a smaller starting size. As your portfolio grows, you move up tiers.
No. Pricing is a flat monthly subscription per tier, not per forecast or per API call. The 15-minute update cycle runs continuously at every tier. You can pull the dispatch schedule as frequently as your operations require. API call volume does not affect your bill.
You move to the Enterprise tier with custom pricing. There are no penalties or forced migrations mid-contract. We will work with you on a transition timeline that fits your operations. Enterprise pricing is scoped to your specific asset count and integration requirements.
